In times of relative quiet, while not involved in any serious conflicts this is an ideal time to work on the skills needed to identify, manage and resolve conflicts. We will work with you one on one or with groups to help you learn how to reduce or even prevent conflicts in your organization.
If you are currently involved in a serious conflict adversely affecting the effective functioning of your organization we will come in and work with you to try and resolve the conflict.
After we have worked with you to resolve the conflict. We will periodically meet with key players in the organization to make sure that all is calm. We will likewise provide you with the skills needed to reinforce that the solution to the conflict is still effective.
